The idea of capturing life's moments intrigues me so. To be able to look back at a place in time that may otherwise be wiped from memory inspires me to continue learning and discovering what can be done with a simple photograph. Nostalgia has always been important in my work, and I try to evoke that feeling in my textured images. I am inspired by the vintage look of yesteryear and the color tones of old

photographs. I manipulate my images with various techniques to accentuate the basic mood, tone and focus of my subject matter,

and create versatility with a concentration on color, texture and composition.
